Wendy Mullins serves as General Counsel, Forestry, North America, which has been part of the Gresham House group since June 2026. Wendy provides guidance to company executives on corporate governance, strategic initiatives and business operations, while overseeing an in-house legal department responsible for contract negotiation and development, supporting company-wide forestry operations. Wendy is a member of the Kronos Committee and the Risk Committee.
Over her thirty-plus year legal career, Wendy has been in private practice with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP (Am Law 100) and Phelps Dunbar, L.P., advising clients on corporate law and M&A, and also served as General Counsel of SkyTel Corp., which was a wholly owned subsidiary of WorldCom. Wendy also served as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College–School of Law where she taught Business Transaction Drafting to third-year students. While in private practice, Wendy was a member of Best Lawyers in America, held an AV rating from Martindale Hubble and was recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal as a Leader in Law and as a top ten finalist in its annual 50 Leading Businesswomen ceremony.
Wendy has made professional development a priority, having held various offices and spoken at numerous events with organizations such as the American Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Women’s Lawyer Association, Association of Corporate Counsel and Mississippi Corporate Counsel Association. She also served on the boards of several civic and community organizations including Innovate Mississippi, Mississippi Seed Fund, The Women’s Foundation of Mississippi, The Mississippi Alliance of Nonprofits and Philanthropy, and the Madison County Business League.
Wendy is a member of the Mississippi Bar having earned her Juris Doctorate with distinction from Mississippi College – School of Law and prior to that, her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
