Tiffany Roddy

Vice President – Sustainability

Tiffany is responsible for leading the company’s policy advocacy on forestry issues and coordinating sustainable forest management certification programs for Molpus-managed timberlands. Tiffany serves on the Sustainability and Valuation committees. Prior to joining Molpus in 2026, she gained 15 years of operational and managerial experience in the forest industry in Oregon.

She is an active member of the Society of American Foresters and Oregon Women in Timber. She currently serves as Secretary for the Willamette Ignitions Network nonprofit Board, and is a member for the Operating Committee for the National Alliance of Forestland Owners.

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Science, Management Option, from Pennsylvania State University in 2010, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Forest Technology from Penn State Mont Alto in 2008.
