Vice President — Sustainability

Tiffany Roddy serves as Vice President — Sustainability for Molpus Woodlands Group, which has been part of the Gresham House group since June 2026. Tiffany joined Molpus in March 2026 to lead the company’s sustainability strategy, certification programmes, and policy engagement across its timberland portfolio.

Tiffany has more than 15 years of experience in sustainability, forest policy, and timberland management. Prior to joining Molpus, she served as Manager of Government Affairs at Roseburg Forest Products, where she led government relations, sustainability initiatives, and public affairs. She previously held managerial and operational forestry roles with Roseburg and Weyerhaeuser, overseeing silviculture, sustainability certifications, fire protection, and timberland management in the Pacific Northwest.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Science from the Pennsylvania State University and an Associate’s degree in Forest Technology from Penn State Mont Alto.
