Ty Gillespie serves as Director — Real Estate for Molpus Woodlands Group, which has been part of the Gresham House group since June 2026.

Ty has been working in the forest investment industry for nearly ten years, serving in various roles across operations, investment management, and acquisitions & dispositions while at Molpus.

Ty received his Master’s degree in Forest Business from the University of Georgia, and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas and a Registered Forester.
