Reanna J.M. Lee

Chief Compliance Officer, Forestry, North America

Reanna Lee serves as Chief Compliance Officer, Forestry, North America for Molpus Woodlands Group, which has been part of the Gresham House group since June 2026. In this role, Reanna is responsible for all aspects of Molpus’s compliance program, including regulatory filings, marketing material review, compliance testing, and the development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Prior to joining Molpus, Reanna served as Chief Compliance Officer and In-House Counsel of an SEC registered investment adviser. She also held the positions of Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded investment company.

Reanna has more than 15 years of legal and compliance experience working with U.S. based SEC registered investment advisers and investment companies. Reanna graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and received a Juris Doctorate and LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
