Molpus Woodlands Group (Molpus) is not only a company dedicated to the timber business, but it is also an active steward of Mississippi’s historic sites.

Our company is proud to have restored to their original grandeur the Garner-Green House and the old Tatum Lumber Company’s headquarters, which is home to our operational headquarters in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

At Molpus, we understand that it is important that we preserve historic buildings in our communities in order to help people better know and appreciate our past.
