Recreational Leases Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long do your leases usually last?
    Typically, the leases run for one year.

  • Am I allowed to erect elevated stands?
    Yes, as long as you do not put any permanent metal objects into the trees (examples: nails, screws, etc.).

  • Will I have the first right-of-refusal next year?
    Typically, the lessee from the previous year has the first right-of-refusal on the property.

  • Am I allowed to cut trees down?
    We ask that you remove no trees from the property.
