Cory Collins
Mr. Collins is a Value Added Specialist for The Molpus Woodlands Group, LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1995 and a Masters of Business Administration from Millsaps College in 2001. Mr. Collins utilizes his prior development experience to evaluate and implement opportunities for non-timber revenue for client properties. He has previously managed commercial construction projects and business development opportunities for regional general contractors. Mr. Collins also served as a vice president for EastGroup Properties, where he managed portfolios of warehouse/distribution facilities across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States.
