Molpus Woodlands Group Listed by Pensions & Investments in Special Real Estate Report as a Top Manager of Timber Assets

In its September 29, 2008 Special Report on Real Estate Managers, "Pensions & Investments , the International Newspaper of Money Management" listed Molpus as one of the "Top Managers of Timber Assets" in terms of value of U.S. Institutional tax-exempt real estate assets under management. Molpus was ranked as the seventh largest in the survey as well as being ranked in the Top 100 for all real estate managers of taxable and tax-exempt real estate assets under management.
