Molpus Recreational Lease Program
The Molpus Woodlands Group is proud to offer recreational leases on behalf of our clients. These leases offer individuals, family and friends the opportunity to spend time in the great outdoors.
The leases are for a one-year time period. Typically, they run from July 1 to June 30. The lease allows you to hunt any species, provided you do so in accordance with all state and federal laws.
We permit you to plant food plots or plant foods for desirable species, but restrict the harvesting or removal of any trees on the property. You are allowed to put deer stands on the property as well. We restrict you from putting any nails, screws or pieces of metal in trees themselves.
Most of the properties are gated, and you are able to put your club or individual locks on the gate to provide security and peacefulness. You are also allowed and encouraged to post the property.
