Keith Hilpp
Keith Hilpp is the Director of Inventory Management and Planning with Molpus Timberlands Management, LLC. His work is focused on providing the most accurate and complete quantifications of timberland inventory and utilizing the latest science and technology for planning timberland management activities into the future to optimize timberland returns. His biometric expertise includes timber inventory, statistics and sampling design, growth and yield modeling, and forest planning/harvest scheduling. Mr. Hilpp's work has been published in peer-reviewed forestry and wildlife scientific journals.
He has served on the Executive Committee for the Plantation Management Research Cooperative at the University of Georgia and has been a guest lecturer for the Forest Management lab at Mississippi State University's College of Forest Resources. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with an emphasis in Forest Management from the University of Kentucky in 1994. He also received his Master of Science in Forestry from the University of Kentucky in 1997. Mr. Hilpp joined Molpus Timberlands Management, LLC in 2003 after spending the first seven years of his career working in Forest Biometrics at Temple-Inland Forest Products Corporation and Potlatch Corporation.
