Don Sanford
Mr. Sanford is the Property Manager for 165,000 acres in Birmingham, Alabama, under management by Molpus Timberlands Management, LLC. His responsibilities include the management of Sustainable Woodlands Fund-Birmingham tree farm activities including stumpage and log sales and field operations. Mr. Sanford has extensive experience managing timberlands in the southern regions of the United States. Prior to joining Molpus Timberlands Management, Mr. Sanford served as the Area Manager for The Campbell Group, LLC and managed these same properties for T C & I Timber Company, LLC. Other previous positions include serving as the Director of Operations for United Land Corporation, where he was responsible for all property management, development of coal and gas resources, and land sales and purchases.
