David A. Scott
Mr. Scott has more than 25 years of natural resources experience, working in the negotiation and venture areas. As an employee for the world’s largest publicly traded natural resources company, he had domestic and international responsibilities. On assignment based in London, Mr. Scott negotiated and managed large natural resource investment ventures in Russia and was the Eurasia leader for transportation and pipeline issues. Additionally, he coordinated business strategies in Kazakhstan, Azerbaigan and Turkmenistan. He earned his BPA (Business and Public Administration) from the University of Mississippi in 1972, his MPA with Finance and Management emphasis from the University of Mississippi in 1977, and completed advanced business studies at Yale and Thunderbird Universities in 1986 and 2000, respectively. Mr. Scott is based in Jackson, Mississippi.
