Charles F. Hovey, Jr.
Mr. Hovey has more than 37 years of investment banking experience in both alternative investments and corporate finance. He earned his BA from the University of Denver in 1970. After joining Moseley Associates in 1974, he became Managing Director of the Special Investments Group of Tucker Anthony, Inc. from 1977 to 1988. He joined Black Knight Partners, a venture capital and syndication firm, and subsequently moved to the Corporate Finance Department at Fahnestock & Co until 1996. He then founded Boston Corporate Development, a consulting firm which assisted development stage companies. He is a Director of The Cradle Society of Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Hovey is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
