A staff of experienced timberland accountants, including three CPA's, one of whom is also a forester, is available to monitor the financial performance of the clients of Molpus Timberlands Management.

Responsibilities include the preparation of short-term and long-term financial models enabling the client to understand in detail the anticipated cash flow from the investment. Monthly and year-to-date balance sheets and income statements are provided to clearly demonstrate actual performance versus the financial model. Financial internal controls are in place to ensure client security for timber removals and cash control.
